SRSpro FAQ is created to help you with any (frequently asked) questions you might have. This page is a good first resource if you have any questions or problems using the SRSpro service(s). Can I have a test look at your software?
Yes you can!
Download the latest version of our SRS software: SRS Samsung unlock / repair software then run the installer.
Go to 'Start' -> 'Program Files' -> 'Samsung Remote Client' and click 'Samsung Remote unlock client'.
Now when the software is started enter following data:
Username: 'test'
Password: 'srs'
(Without the quotes)
You can browse to see all supported models (from the dropdown box), check what drivers are detected (by pressing 'rescan' button) and check the connection to the SRS server.
