What is debranding?

Debranding is the removing of specially created firmware for certain providers on your Samsung mobile.

These firmware packages have a lot of logos and other images build in which you can't remove and are often also slower in use. Sometimes they even have limited functionality and you can't change some settings like internet / MMS settings.
